1. Nature of Services Tender & Licence provides professional consultancy, documentation assistance, and liaisoning services for various government licenses (PSARA, FSSAI, GST, etc.) and tender filings (GeM, IREPS, UP Tender).

  • We are a private consultancy firm and are NOT affiliated with any government department or authority.

  • We charge a professional fee for our expertise and manual effort in processing your applications.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents.

  • Any delay or rejection of an application due to incorrect/fake documents provided by you is not the responsibility of Tender & Licence.

  • You must have the legal authority to represent the business for which you are seeking services.

3. Payment and Fees

  • All professional fees must be paid as per the agreed terms before the commencement of the work.

  • Any government fees (Challans) are separate from our professional charges unless explicitly mentioned in the package.

  • We reserve the right to revise our service fees at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Once the process for a license or tender has started and documents are prepared/submitted, the professional fee is non-refundable.

  • In case a service is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.

  • No refund will be provided if a government department rejects an application due to eligibility issues or policy changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for 100% success, winning a tender or getting a license approval is at the sole discretion of the respective government authority.

  • Tender & Licence shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from a missed tender deadline or license rejection.

6. Intellectual Property The content, logo, design, and graphics on this website are the property of Tender & Licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand assets without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Portals Our website links to official portals like etender.up.nic.in or gem.gov.in. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their downtime, technical glitches, or content changes.

8. Service Delivery Timeline Estimated timelines (e.g., 7-30 days) are based on average government processing times. We do not guarantee fixed dates as government approvals depend on departmental verification and backlogs.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only.
